The Gap Reunion Conference 2024 Referral Partner Offer: Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are for Gap Reunion conference attendees.
About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Admin Army Limited (NZBN 9429043414475) and its affiliates (Admin Army).
2. During the Promotion Period, any Eligible Participant that attended the Gap Reunion Conference and submits a minimum of 1 Promotion Qualified Referral by emailing hello@adminarmy.com (Email), will receive the Reward of a NZD $200 GiftPay gift card (Promotion).
3. This Promotion will take place from 12:00 am, 19 September 2024 to 11:59 pm, 31 December 2024 (Promotion Period).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
- To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
a. have attended the Gap Reunion Conference that took place from 19 to 20 September 2024;
b. have had your lanyard scanned by the Gap Reunion Conference lead capture app at the Employment Hero / Admin Army stand;
c. not have a pre-existing relationship with Admin Army as a client;
d. be a business registered and operating in New Zealand;
(together, Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Participants must submit at least 1 Promotion Qualified Referral to Admin Army during the Promotion Period via the Email (hello@adminarmy.com).
Promotion Qualified Referral
6. A referral is a Promotion Qualified Referral if the lead:
a. is referred by emailing their:
- Business Name,
- Key Contact Name
- Email, and
- Phone Number.
- Along with what parts of Admin Army’s service they may be interested in during the Promotion Period;
b. is not a person, entity or organisation who is a current customer of Admin Army;
c. is not a person, entity or organisation with whom AdminArmy is in active discussions or negotiations to be provided with the Services; and
d. completes a discovery call that leads to a proposal being sent with an Admin Army sales representative.
Reward
7. An Eligible Participant who submits at least 1 Promotion Qualified Referral in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive the reward of a NZD $200 GiftPay gift card (Reward).
8. A partner can only claim 1 Reward during the Promotion Period. That is, additional referrals that purchase Admin Army services will not trigger a secondary Reward payment.
9. The Reward will be paid 30 days after Admin Army sends the proposal to the Promotion Qualified Referral.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
10. Standard Admin Army Website Terms of Use.
11. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
12. Any personal data collected during this Promotion is managed in accordance with the Admin Army Privacy Policy.
Liability
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Admin Army (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
b. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
d. variation in Reward value, description or variation of product due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
e. tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
14. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
15. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Admin Army does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. All services advertised on the Admin Army website during the Promotional Period are eligible toward the Reward qualification criteria.
17. Admin Army reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
18. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
19. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
20. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
