These are the systems our team works inside every day to deliver payroll, finance functions, system implementations, and operational support.

Employment Hero

Admin Army is a Certified Implementation Partner for Employment Hero's Employment Operating System (eOS). We implement across the full platform, from payroll and workforce management through to onboarding, leave, and compliance reporting.

We configure it, migrate data into it, and build it to the standard the work requires. For many of our clients on Employment Hero, we then run the payroll processing layer on top of it, every cycle.

We also architect the HR side of the platform to a production-ready standard.

Fergus

Admin Army is a Certified Training Partner for Fergus, the job management platform used widely across trade businesses in New Zealand and Australia.

We deliver Power Hour sessions to new Fergus customers. Structured, one-on-one sessions designed to get businesses running real work through their system from day one.

These sessions also surface where operational support is needed beyond the platform itself. A business that cannot get invoices out of its job management system usually has payroll running by hand, bookkeeping months behind, or no process documentation at all. When that picture emerges, the conversation shifts from system training to operational delivery.

PayHero

PayHero is our preferred payroll platform in New Zealand for any organisation with variable hours across their team. It handles the calculation logic for complex leave, public holidays, and hours-based entitlements under NZ employment law with a level of compliance accuracy that we trust.

Where a workforce involves shift work, part-time arrangements, or fluctuating hours, that calculation layer matters. Getting it right is not optional in payroll. PayHero is where we run it.

Wiise

Admin Army is the recommended Employment Hero implementation partner for Wiise's accounting and advisory partner network. When Wiise partners need their clients set up on Employment Hero eOS, Wiise sends them to us.

Implementations at this level create operational complexity downstream. Payroll, finance functions, and process ownership need to be disciplined once the system is live. Admin Army provides that discipline.

Xero

Xero is the primary platform for the majority of our finance function delivery across New Zealand and Australia. Our team works inside it daily. Reconciliations, reporting, GST, month-end, year-end.

HR partnership.

MyHR

Admin Army operates payroll, bookkeeping, and finance functions. MyHR operates dedicated HR for businesses that need it.

For clients who need employment agreements, performance management, disciplinary processes, and compliance advice handled by a specialist, MyHR is who we recommend.

We run the operational systems. They run the people function. Both work better when the other is doing its job.

Practice alliances.

Admin Army operates white-label and co-delivery relationships with accounting firms and advisory practices across New Zealand and Australia. Structured, ongoing operational delivery under the practice's brand, with Admin Army's governance underneath.

These relationships are selective. We work with firms that value accuracy, process discipline, and brand protection. If a practice is looking for cheap capacity to clear a backlog, they are not the right fit. If they want a delivery partner that holds their professional reputation to the same standard they do, that is where we operate.

Practice alliances are long-term by design. Short-term arrangements import risk faster than they solve problems.

Every partnership on this page exists because it strengthens the operational model. If a partnership cannot hold the same standard we apply to our own delivery, it is not a partnership we maintain.
